Since opening in 2012 Petitenget has established itself as a food destination in the culinary scene in Bali, especially Seminyak. With Simon Blaby at the head of the kitchen, Petitenget delivers exceptional food surrounded by beautiful interiors designed by Alex Zabotto-Bentley.
The restaurant is committed to adapt its menu with locally sourced produces, reflected in their “Farm to Fork” philosophy. Set up in Kintamani Bali, their organic farm supplies up to 80% of the produce used in the kitchen. Chef Blaby ensures only fresh local ingredients take center stage on his menu which in many cases pays homage to the farm and other local suppliers that provide the fare.
